Rob Swymer

Rob is a seasoned sales executive of over four decades who embodies a servant leadership mindset. He led his teams with empathy and applied the lessons learned from his adversity to help others build resilience and thrive, not only in business, but in their personal lives as well.

During his four-decade career, Rob has generated massive value for many of the Fortune 500 including; Home Depot, Bank of America, Dell, Morgan Stanley, Macy’s, Equifax, CSX, Fidelity Information Systems and most recently as Group Vice President of The United Kingdom and Ireland for Splunk. Rob retired from Corporate America in January 2024 and is now focused on giving back to the next generation.

Rob is a certified life coach, best-selling author, and a global speaker about overcoming adversity and building your resilience muscle, building stronger connections with the ones we love and the customers we serve.

A native of Boston, Rob married his first wife Bonnie at the age of 21 during the summer of his college junior year. Together, they had 3 children. In 1994, Rob and Bonnie moved from Boston and headed to Atlanta where they raised their children and built a great life together. In 2013, Rob lost Bonnie to a massive brain aneurysm. He learned that all the adversity in his life prior had given him the strength to endure the loss of a loved one.

Today, Rob has been blessed to find love again and is now married to Melissa. Together they have a blended family of 5 children and four beautiful grandchildren. Rob and Melissa currently live in Ponte Vedra, Florida and enjoy spending time together with their children and grandchildren, listening to live music, traveling, sports and beach life.
